Getting Information
Firstly, the clientele inform which department and design of the uniform will be ordered. For instance, for a hotel uniform that want to make the business image but still does not leave the ethnic aspect or non formal but still elegant. We think this is a very important step so if possible the clientele and PT Traco Global System have to meet to discuss about it for further.
         
   
   
Design Posting and Price Offering
PT Traco Global System will make the design from the given information, including the fabric type, accessories and the specification that will be used. We will also give the offering price at the same time with the design posting.

 
 
Contract
If the design and the price have been approved, we will make the contract , Purchase order (PO) or working order. The down payment must be posted for 30% in cash at this step.
Sizing
Sizing can be proceed by sending the sample size to the clientele or PT Traco Global System come to the clientele’ place to do the sizing. It will be discussed between PT Traco Global System and clientele.

Dummy/sample making
PT Traco Global System will send the sample first according to the approved design before the whole uniforms produced. It is possible if the clientele want to modify the design at this step.

     
Uniform Production
PT Traco Global System will produce the uniform with the final approved design and approved schedule.

Delivery
PT Traco Global System will deliver the uniform for each departement or in whole on the scheduled time.

 
Modifications
The modification is done if there is an unfit uniforms to the users.

   
Payment
The payment is done in 3 times. First, 30 % down payment is hand in when signing the contract, 60% at the time the whole uniforms are delivered and 10% at the time modification or resizing is done already.
